RBC Capital analyst William Kirk raised the price target on Natural Grocers (NYSE: NGVC) to $21.00 (from $20.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.

Kirk commented, "Natural Grocers delivered a strong 4Q with comp growth and EBIT far ahead of consensus. The company's marketing strategy is becoming more sophisticated and is evident in continued traffic strength despite moderating promo efforts. As 1Q'19 laps a heavy promotional period last year, we believe gross margin trend will improve. We think guidance is conservative."
