DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

As previously announced, Jeffrey T. Makal has transitioned from the position of Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Sensient Technologies Corporation, and will become, Vice President, Internal Audit upon the retirement of Joe Pitts, the current Director, Internal Audit in February, 2019.  Also as previously announced, Tobin Tornehl became Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of Sensient, effective November 10, 2018.
