Including the impact of the Auction Market Preferred Shares ("AMPS") exchange, net loss attributable to common stockholders was $(103.8) million or $(2.27) per diluted share for the third quarter of 2018, compared to net income attributable to common stockholders of $4.3 million or $0.09 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2018. Adjusted Loss in the third quarter of 2018 was $(76.0) million or $(1.66) per diluted share compared to Adjusted Earnings of $36.5 million or $0.78 per diluted share in the second quarter of 2018.
