Masimo Corp. (MASI) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY18 EPS Outlook Above Consensus
Masimo Corp. (NASDAQ: MASI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.71, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $207.62 million.
- Total revenue, including royalty and other revenue, was $210.6 million;
- Product revenue increased 12.4% to $202.1 million, or 12.8% on a constant currency basis;
- Shipments of noninvasive technology boards and monitors were 59,100; and
- GAAP net income per diluted share of $1.02. Non-GAAP net income per diluted share increased 26.8% to $0.71.

Our product revenue increased 12.8% on a constant currency basis to reach $202 million for the quarter. We also shipped a record 59,100 noninvasive technology boards and monitors. Our strong growth is the result of increasing demand for our innovative technologies and systems solutions, which enable our customers to automate patient management across the continuum of care and improve patient safety. We are once again raising guidance for revenue and earnings in 2018 as we continue to grow due to our life saving and life improving technologies.”
