Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.60, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $667 million versus the consensus estimate of $688.21 million.

OpenText to Acquire Liaison Technologies
