WEC Energy (NYSE: WEC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.74, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.67 billion.

"Our solid results for the quarter were driven by a strong economy across the region coupled with warmer than normal summer temperatures and our ongoing focus on efficiency," said Gale Klappa, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

GUIDANCE:

WEC Energy sees FY2018 EPS of $3.32, versus the consensus of $3.33.
