Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 14, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of October 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.

Our first nine month revenues are up 26% over the same period last year as a result of executing on our organic growth strategy.
