UPDATE: Lennar Corp. (LEN) Lowers Q4 Guidance

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) sees Q4 EPS of $2.06, lower than its previous view but in-line with analyst estimates, according to Bloomberg.
Lennar sees Q4 deliveries of 14,500 and Q4 orders of 11,400. Average sales price is seen at about $420,000.
The updated guidance reflects hurricane impact and sluggish sales.
Lennar said cooling was caused by rising mortgage rates and prices.
