Progress Software (NASDAQ: PRGS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share, or $0.62 annualized. This is a 10.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on December 17, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 3, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 30, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

Paul Jalbert, CFO, said: “We had a solid revenue and EPS performance in Q3, and our continued strong cash flows enabled us to increase our dividend, and return over $25 million of capital to shareholders during the quarter. We remain focused on running lean operationally, and maintaining healthy operating margins.”
