RBC Capital analyst George Hill said Athenahealth (NASDAQ: ATHN) shares could fall back to the $110-$120 range absent an Elliott Management bid.

Hill's comments followed reports after the close from the NY Post that Elliott is backing off its $160 per share bid for the company.
