(“Glass Lewis”) has joined Institutional Shareholder Services ("ISS") in recommending that Cigna shareholders vote to approve the proposed acquisition of Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX) at the Company's upcoming special meeting scheduled for August 24, 2018.
