Outlook for 2018

Mr. Petcoff concluded, “We have made considerable progress in our return to operating profitability over the first half of 2018. We continue to expand within our best performing sectors where we can provide a unique value proposition to our agents and insureds. We continue to gain market share in our hospitality and small business lines, and we have an infrastructure in place that will allow the Company to simultaneously grow in these markets while not adding additional cost, which will allow our expense ratio to improve gradually.”
