Osisko Gold Royalties (NYSE: OR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.

Sean Roosen, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko, commented: “We are very happy to declare a 16th consecutive dividend payment, bringing the total returned to shareholders since inception of the Company in 2014 to $70.7 million.”
