Leidos (LDOS) Tops Q2 EPS by 6c, Revenues Miss; Offers FY18 EPS/Revenue Outlook
Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) reported Q2 EPS of $1.12, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.57 billion.

Forward Guidance
The Company affirms previously issued fiscal year 2018 guidance as follows:
- Revenues of $10.25 billion to $10.65 billion;
- Adjusted EBITDA margins of 10.1% to 10.4%;
- Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $4.15 to $4.50; and
- Cash flows provided by operating activities at or above $675 million.

Leidos sees FY2018 EPS of $4.15-$4.50, versus the consensus of $4.38. Leidos sees FY2018 revenue of $10.25-10.65 billion, versus the consensus of $10.39 billion.
