(b) On July 10, 2018, as a result of NGL Energy Partners LP completing the sale of the remainder of its Retail Propane business to Superior Energy Plus, Vincent J. Osterman resigned from his position as President, Retail Propane Operations, and will no longer be a Named Executive Officer. Mr. Osterman will remain as a member of the Board of Directors of the NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP.
