Christopher & Banks Receives Continued Listing Standards Notice from NYSE and Announces Intention to Submit a Continued Listing Plan

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Christopher & Banks Corporation (NYSE: CBK), a specialty women’s apparel retailer, announced today that the Company received a Continued Listing Standards Notice (the “Notice”) from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on June 14, 2018 because (i) the Company’s 30-day trading average closing price is less than $1.00; and (ii) the Company’s average market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading-day period was less than $50 million and its reported stockholders’ equity was slightly less than $50 million.

The Company intends to submit a plan to the NYSE by July 29, 2018 demonstrating how it intends to regain conformity with each of the continued listed standards within the applicable cure period provided under the NYSE rules.

The Company’s common stock continues to trade on the NYSE. The current noncompliance with the standards described above does not affect the Company’s ongoing business operations or its reporting requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
