UPDATE: Korn Ferry International (KFY) Tops Q4 EPS by 10c, Revenue Beats; Offers 1Q19 EPS/Revenue Outlook Above Consensus

Korn Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) reported Q4 EPS of $0.80, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $488.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $458.38 million.

Highlights

"I am pleased to report fee revenue of $475 million and strong profitability, with diluted earnings per share and Adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.73 and $0.80 and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $75 million during our recently completed fourth quarter. We achieved the highest fiscal year fee revenue in our firm\'s history – up 13% year over year," said Gary D. Burnison, CEO of Korn Ferry. Outlook

Q1 FY'19 fee revenue is expected to be in the range of $450 million and $470 million; and
Q1 FY'19 adjusted diluted earnings per share is likely to range between $0.67 to $0.75.

GUIDANCE:

Korn/Ferry International sees Q1 2019 EPS of $0.67-$0.75, versus the consensus of $0.66. Korn/Ferry International sees Q1 2019 revenue of $450-470 million, versus the consensus of $435.06 million.
