Item 5.07Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Hudson Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) held on June 7, 2018 the shareholders of the Company:

 

(i)elected Dominic J. Monetta, Richard Parrillo, Eric A. Prouty and Kevin J. Zugibe to serve as directors of the Company to hold office until the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2020 and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified;
(ii)approved the adoption of the Company’s 2018 Stock Incentive Plan;
(iii)approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers; and
(iv)ratified the appointment of BDO USA, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.
