Stifel reiterated a Buy rating and $40.00 price target on Nlight (NASDAQ: LASR) following the company's 1Q earnings report and conference call. Analyst Patrick Ho believes the company is on track to deliver another above-average growth year in 2018 and continues this growth over the next few years.

nLIGHT reported 1Q18 (March) earnings results of $42.5 million in revenue and pro-forma EPS of $0.10, excluding options. For FY19, new estimates call for $234 million in revenue and pro-forma EPS of $0.65, excluding options, up from $229 million and $0.60, respectively.
