Franco-Nevada Announces Election of Directors
Franco-Nevada Corporation announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2018 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of the Corporation. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting yesterday in Toronto are set out below.

This report is being filed pursuant to section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations and discloses the voting results for each matter voted upon at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of Franco-Nevada Corporation held on May 9, 2018 (the “Meeting”). The total number of shares voted was 131,345,856 or 70.64% of the total issued and outstanding shares of the Corporation.
