On April 23, 2018, Sensient Technologies Corporation announced that Robert Wilkins, one of our named executive officers, will retire from his role as President, Asia Pacific Group effective June 1, 2018.
Previously, Sensient announced that Mr. Wilkins intended to retire in 2018, that his effective retirement date had not yet been determined, and that he would continue to serve in his current role until his effective retirement date.
