Roku (ROKU) Worth Investing in if Netflix (NFLX) is Something You Like - Needham
Needham & Company maintains Hold on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX).
Analyst Laura Martin believes that if investors like NFLX they should buy Roku (NASDAQ: ROKU). She comments "NFLX stated that its growth is being driven by global adoption of OTT viewing. We prefer Roku because it trades at half of NFLX’s valuation, has better projected FY18E FCF, more global upside, and benefits from new (ie, DIS) OTT channel launches, which threaten NFLX’s dominance."
