Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

 

On April 6, 2018, Mr. Ramin Shirani notified the Company of his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective immediately.  In connection with Mr. Shirani’s resignation, the Board reduced the size of the Board of Directors from nine to eight members.
