PANAMA CITY, April 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. ("Bladex" or "the Bank") (NYSE: BLX), announced today a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.385 per share corresponding to the first quarter 2018.

The cash dividend was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held April 10, 2018, and is payable May 17, 2018 to the Bank's stockholders as of May 2, 2018 record date.

As of March 31, 2018, Bladex had 39,545,508.73 shares outstanding of all classes.
