Verint Systems (VRNT) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, Beats on Revenues; Offers FY10 EPS/Revenue Outlook Above Consensus

Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported Q4 EPS of $1.05, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $322.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $313.98 million.

“The momentum we experienced throughout the year continued in Q4 and we are pleased to have finished the year strong. We believe our overachievement reflects on-going demand for actionable intelligence solutions and the successful execution of our growth strategy. The investments and changes we have made in the business position us well for sustained long-term growth and we are again raising our guidance for the current year,” said Dan Bodner, Verint CEO and President.
