GameStop (GME) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, FY EPS Guidance Misses Views
GameStop (NYSE: GME) reported Q4 EPS of $2.02, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.27 billion.
GUIDANCE:
GameStop sees FY2018 EPS of $3.00-$3.35, versus the consensus of $3.32.
GameStop is providing the following guidance for fiscal 2018 with expectations for earnings to be substantially back half weighted for the fiscal year given the overlap of the Nintendo Switch launch in the first half of the year and expected strength of the title line up in the second half of the year.
