Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a regular cash dividend of $0.37 per share of common stock, payable on April 13, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2018.

A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Thor Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

ELKHART, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2018--Thor Industries, Inc. (NYSE: THO) today announced that its Board of Directors approved, at their March 15, 2018 meeting, the payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share.

The regular dividend is payable on April 13, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2018.
