The net loss is preliminary and subject to final determination of the provision for income taxes, including an estimated $14.0 to $15.0 million, or $0.74 to $0.79 per common share, non-cash re-measurement of deferred tax assets and liabilities related to U.S. tax reform
• Adjusted EBITDA of $0.1 million during the fourth quarter, compared to $0.6 million in the prior year period
