Valeant Pharma (NYSE: VRX) reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $1.45, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.16 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.18 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) was $875 million for the fourth quarter of 2017, as compared to $1.047 billion for the fourth quarter of 2016, a decrease of $172 million.

GUIDANCE:

• Valeant Pharma sees FY2018 revenue of $8.1-8.3 billion, versus the consensus of $8.39 billion.
• Full-Year Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) in the range of $3.05 – $3.20 billion
