Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.5 percent.

"The payment of regular dividends remains a priority for Redwood. Our first quarter dividend will mark our 75th consecutive quarterly dividend," said Marty Hughes, Redwood's Chief Executive Officer.
