Net income attributable to ATN’s stockholders for the fourth quarter was $43.5 million or $2.71 per diluted share, an increase over the prior year net income of $1.9 million or $0.12 per diluted share. The Income Tax benefit for the quarter reflects the recent passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and includes a $7.4 million transition tax on foreign earnings offset by an $18.4 million benefit from reduced federal rates on our deferred tax liabilities.
