• Excluding the impact of the 2017 Tax Act, diluted net income per common share for the fourth quarter of 2017 increased eight cents, or 5.4%, to $1.55 per share versus $1.47 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016.
• Omnicom's worldwide revenue in the fourth quarter of 2017 decreased 1.5% to $4,176.6 million from $4,241.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2016.
