Sherwin-Williams (SHW) Reports Q4 Revenue of $3.98 Billion
Sherwin-Williams (NYSE: SHW) reported Q4 EPS of $9.39, does not compare to the analyst estimate of $3.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.98 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.94 billion.
Diluted net income per common share in the year increased to $18.67 per share, including a one-time benefit of $7.04 per share from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act enacted on December 22, 2017 and Valspar subsidiary mergers (Deferred income tax reductions), from $11.99 per share in 2016. Diluted net income per common share increased in the quarter to $9.39 per share, compared to $2.15 per share a year ago.
GUIDANCE:
Sherwin-Williams sees FY2018 EPS of $15.35-$15.85.
