- Company-owned comparable restaurant sales decline of 3.0% to 3.5%;
- Restaurant contribution margin of 13.5% to 14.5%;
- Adjusted EBITDA of $28.0 million to $30.0 million;
- Adjusted net loss of $1.5 million to $2.0 million; and
- Capital expenditures of $20.0 million to $22.0 million
