Vonage (NYSE: VG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $253 million versus the consensus estimate of $248.56 million.

GUIDANCE:

Vonage sees 2017 revenue of at least $1 billion up to $1.01 billion, versus the consensus of $994.1 million.

• Adjusted OIBDA is now expected to be at least $180 million. Consumer revenues are now expected to be at least $500 million and up to $505 million dollars.
