Susquehanna downgraded Now Inc (NYSE: DNOW) from Positive to Neutral with a price target of $11.00 (from $19.00).
Analyst Charles Minervino does not believe revenue growth has materialized as quickly or as meaningfully has he would have liked given the recent acquisitions, new customer relationships and share acceleration in US rig count and well competitions and therefore decides to step aside.
