Baird lowered its price target on Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) to $26.00 (from $28.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating following in-line Q3 and Q4 guidance well below Street expectations.

"We aren't bullish on overall fundamentals looking out into C18 but we expect the company will cost reduce to support EPS if revenue continues to disappoint," analyst Jayson Noland stated.
