Lockheed Martin (LMT) Misses Q3 EPS by 2c; Raises Outlook
Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) reported Q3 EPS of $3.24, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $3.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.81 billion.
"Our continued focus on operational performance and meeting our delivery commitments has enabled us to increase our financial guidance and post a record backlog that supports long term growth," said Lockheed Martin Chairman, President and CEO Marillyn Hewson. "As we look ahead to 2018, we remain focused on delivering for our customers, investing in innovative solutions, and returning value to our shareholders."
GUIDANCE:
Lockheed Martin sees FY2017 EPS of $12.85-$13.15, versus prior of $12.30-$12.60 and the consensus of $12.64. Lockheed Martin sees FY2017 revenue of $50-51.2 billion, versus prior of $49.8-$51 billion and the consensus of $50.59 billion.
