NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) shares have moved above the $110/share Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) deal price for the first time. Shares last traded up 0.26% to $100.22.

Earlier today, Qualcomm again extended the NXP tender offer as it awaits regulatory approval for the deal. Notably, just 7.6% of the outstanding NXP common shares are tendered at this point, this is down from the 12.5% tendered as of June 27.

As previously reported, Qualcomm is expected to raise its offer to get the deal done.
