• Property revenue increased 14.9% to $1,638 million
• Net income increased 101.9% to $388 million
• Adjusted EBITDA increased 17.5% to $1,021 million
• Consolidated AFFO increased 22.5% to $725 million

The Company is raising the midpoint of its full year 2017 outlook for property revenue, net income, Adjusted EBITDA and Consolidated AFFO by $25 million, $40 million, $45 million and $55 million, respectively.
