BMO analyst Alex Arfaei thinks there is a good chance AstraZeneca (NYSE: AZN) will release the MYSTIC top-line results tomorrow.

"We continue to believe that there is a reasonable probability that MYSTIC shows positive PFS (combo vs. chemo)," he commented. "However, the uncertainty associated with IO trials has increased, and MYSTIC has plenty of it. We doubt that the PD-1+CTLA4 combos will show meaningfully differentiated clinical profile, and expected a fragmented market."
