JP Morgan Specialty & Consumer Finance analyst Richard Shane believes Santander Consumer USA (NYSE: SC) is most likely to benefit from outperforming low CCAR expectations, while Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF) is likely to be the most pressured with a conditional pass (the company will need to resubmit its capital plan by year end), flat dividend and lower share repurchase.
