Odeon Capital analyst Jahanara Nissar, who had previously identified GlobalStar (NYSE: GSAT) as a takeover target amid the intense bidding war for Straight Path, told StreetInsider.com that she sees the following companies as potential suitors for the company and its spectrum assets:

• Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL)
• Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT)
• Facebook (NASDAQ: FB)
• Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN)
• AT&T (NYSE: T)
• Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ)
• Altice

Nissar's comments follow reports from Bloomberg that GlobalStar is working with financial advisers on a potential sale.
