RBC Capital raised its price target on Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) to $75.00 (from $72.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
RBC raised 2017 and 2018 EPS estimates from $2.73 to $2.79 and $3.12 to $3.14, respectively. The adjustments are largely due to continued strength at Taco Bell and an earlier ramp of G&A cuts based on 1Q results.
