Mizuho Securities raised its price target on Quintiles (NYSE: Q) to $93.00 (from $90.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

Analyst Ann Hynes believes the stock price weakness is largely due to book-to-bill concerns as investors digest the sequential declines. Hynes believes these concerns are overdone.

FY 2017 EPS estimate rises from $4.48 to $4.50 and FY 2018 EPS estimate remains at $5.15.
