Genuine Parts (GPC) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c, Raises 2017 Outlook to $4.75-4.85
Genuine Parts (NYSE: GPC) reported Q1 EPS of $1.08, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.91 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.85 billion.
2017 Outlook
The Company expects sales to be up 3% to 4% for the full year, which is unchanged from the initial guidance, and is raising its outlook for diluted earnings per share to $4.75 to $4.85 compared to the initial outlook of $4.70 to $4.80.
