Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c; Q2 Sub Guidance Tops Views

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.40, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.64 billion.
US additions were 1.42 million compared with previous guidance for 1.5 million (and the consensus of 1.59 million). International additions were 3.53 million compared previous guidance for 3.7 million (and the consensus of 3.68 million).
Netflix sees Q2 2017 US subscriber additions of 600K versus expectations of 346K and International subscriber additions of 2.6 million versus expectations of 2 million.
