Wells Fargo (WFC) volatility decreases after Q1 and Warren Buffett sells portion of stake

Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) April call option implied volatility is at 19, May is at 20; compared to its 52-week range of 14 to 31 after reporting Q1 and Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway said it withdrew its application to the Federal Reserve to boost its ownership stake in Wells Fargo above 10%, and is instead selling 9M shares to keep it below that threshold.
