Par Pacific reported net income of $13.7 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016, compared to a net loss of $66.8 million, or $(1.72) per diluted share, for the same quarter in 2015. Fourth quarter 2016 Adjusted EBITDA was $36.5 million, compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $22.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2015.
