- Net (loss) income attributable to Diplomat of $(1.1) million, compared to $3.6 million
- Adjusted EBITDA of $26.1 million, compared to $28.1 million
- Adjusted EBITDA margin of 2.3% versus 2.8%
- EPS of $(0.02) per diluted common share versus $0.05
- Adjusted EPS of $0.08 versus $0.21
